Each individual in our company collectively contributes to the backbone of the company and together as an integrated team, they make all cars leaving our workshop looking good and the business tick. We invest an enormous amount of time and effort in training and upskilling our Groomers on the intricate craft of the trade, the technical know-how. Our insistence on keen attention to details translates into top notch quality jobs that never fail to impress. A trainee typically undergoes a minimum 3 month mandatory training of practical and theoretical training before he earns the right to don the GroomWerkz Jersey. And that’s just marks the beginning of his journey in his quest for perfection in the art. Honing and mastering of their skills by constantly challenging themselves, our groomers maintain their recognition and rewards by consistently upgrading their skillsets, continuously uplifting service standards of our trade. Our senior groomers can hold their ground amongst the best in the industry as true artisans trusted by car enthusiasts all around the island.
